random for sale ads?!?!?!

why has there been random for sale ads popping up all over the forum? what's the penalty for not following forum rules such as the for sale rules? i'm just hoping no one gets burnt by some new guy with 4 posts trying to market out of some other part of the forum, kinda bs in my opinion, i like the credibility of supporting or having xxxx posts before you can sell, not that i've been involved in the sales/wanted section, just sayin

if someone is stupid enuf to buy from them, thats they're problem, any buy on here should only be from the "for sale section" period, and check their feedback first < thats why we have feedback, if someone has none, then i'm not buying

I'll gladly delete any for sale/wanted ad that is not in the marketplace, just report the post and it will be handled.
