33 and 35 is typical for a 2-1 set up . 185 to 190 main and a 55 pilot is the correct jetting range for sea level on up to 2000 feet. You can run 2 35's on a shee but that's gonna be a top end speed demon monster . I want my shee to have the power come on sooner , it will lack on the top end but low and mid will be solid . A great dune/trail bike .

That swing arm looks prone to get broken. Only going from the other extended arms Ive seen out there. Take a look at the T-Rock swinger and see what you think.Maybe beef up the one your getting,so you dont get hurt one day.

Paulie , yeah that rubber coupling is kinda long . I'm going to cut It in half to shorten it up. The Swingarm is a swingarm shop +4 . I've had their swingers before with no issues , I stand by their work . If I ever have a problem with it ( I'd be surprised if I do )
Repairs can always be made . It is a used swinger , so it's already had someone else punishing it as well and is in great shape . Plus I saved a hundred bucks on this used one . I'm gonna strip the powdercoat off and hit it with the matte black and the clear coat .

I got my pod filter today in the mail!!!! Scored it for 13 bux brand new!

One day I'll be able to do a proper powder coat job and add some trick billet stuff , but I'm just glad I have a bike to ride .

I got the + 4 swinger , axle , dog bone , and rear shock installed , installed my +4 brake line and got the brake filled and bled . My YFZ 450 shocks came , I had to clearance the upper mounts about 3/16" by using my air grinder . Next up is finish painting my lower a arms and install them and it's back to a roller !

Well here's some more progress , my asr tie rod ends are on their way and once they are here it will officially be a rolling chassis again just waiting for a top end!!!!
