bought an 06 blaster se and it has an oil blockoff kit .. do i have to fill my tank up eveytime i want to ride :o?? what if i just want to fill half,or have half and want to top it up ??? wouldnt it be simpler to just fill oil at the tank at the back(which he removed) X( .. the guy told me for every fill up i must put some oil in aswell loll wtf .. i dont get it:-/ .. first 2-stroke and this irritates atm ! :(

simple dude.... get your self a 5 gallon gas can.... put 4 gallon of gas in it, add 16 oz of oil to the can with the gas... put the cap on it and shake it up good.....

pour into your gas tank and ride, a 4 gallon can should get you around 2 tanks of fuel, if you dont run it all the way down..

and no you dont have to fill your tank every time you ride, just pour in your premixed gas from the gas can when ever you need to, dont matter if you only put in a gallon of fill it, as long as your fuel is mixed...

BTW the 4 gallons of gas to 16oz oil is 32:1 ratio which is the normal ratio most of us use

Your oil tank has nothing to do with pre-mix. You want to run 32 :1. This means that you need to mix oil with your gas. Get a Ratio-rite. It's a measuring cup that makes mixing a snap. Get it at your local shop or ebay. If you don't want to do this....... steal a measuring cup from your mom or wife. You want to mix 4 OZ of oil to every gallon of gas. So 1 gallon will require 4 oz. of oil....two gallons will require 8 oz. of oil and so on. Don't buy junk oil. Go to a motorcycle shop to get it. Mix the gas / oil in a tank...not your bike. Pour some gas into the measuring cup after you put oil in it then pour it into the tank. Make sure you mix the gas and oil by rolling the tank around. Once the oil and gas is thoroughly mixed, pour it into your tank. Sounds like a pain in the as$ but it's very easy once you get the hang of it.

nope... well you can.. keep a small bottle of oil under the seat, pour in a gallon of gas add 4 oz oil, cap tank.. chake the machine, add anothe rgallon and 4 more oz, oil cap on tank.. and shake the machine to mix the fuel... iv done that a few times

just get yourself a gas can just for the blaster and premix it like these guys said, and +10000000000000000 on the ratio rite, they're awesome, and make it dead simple to do it

yeah il just mix one big batch up, lol imagine fueling up at a garage and adding oil ,shaking the bike, adding again ... ahhahah

i had to do it on my 82 atc250r... ran out of as on the lake this winter, buddy towed me a half mile to a gas station, and i did the gallon of gas add oil.. shake method.. people looked at me like i was nuts

why do people remove the oil bottle at the back if its so simple .. does it have a high chance of giving up?? and whats the red warning light for then?
