Okay I was thinking about making my own powder coating "business". Not really a business but just a hobby. Im going to start off with a regular house oven, a eastwood dual voltage hotcoat gun(Sicivicdudes gun). Before I do this I want to know if anyone would want anything done for cheap. Im looking to make a little cash and help you guys out. I will have to practice for a while and put some pics up. But im pretty sure I could do any color. So would anyone want something done?

You might want to get some practice under your belt on your own stuff first. It's not complicated a process but there are some things you need to learn on your own (read: the hard way!) first.

Sand blaster and rub it with acetone. I am hopefully getting a gun off of civic, but I have the sand blaster and my mom owns an appartment that she rents out to people and we always stock up on ovens and fridges haha. So Yeah If I get the gun I should be ready.

This isnt a thread to service people, Im just wanting oppinions if anyone would want it done. Because I dont want to buy all the stuff and no one want it done. So dont take it the wrong way,

Okay, Yeah Im not sure what im doing. I just wanted to know if people would be interested.

I have a lot of small parts I need done (hubs F/R, footpegs, shifter, brake pedal, etc). If you want to practice with the PC gun, Ill send you a couple things on which you can experiment. I use my Blaster as it was meant to be used, so Im not going to complain if a part doesn't get a show-quality PC job. I just need the part to be completely covered for rust/corrosion protection since my Blaster does get wet and muddy while out.

PM me and we'll discuss specifics if you're interested. :)

I would take him up on that . When I started painting cars I was lucky enough to have a few people that let me paint their car for practice .
