Powder Coating Pictures

well your gonna hate me for this, but i get the hook up from a local trailer company that also does powder coating. Basic colors are $6.00 to $7.00 a pound. pretty good.

also as much as i would like a bigger oven this is as large as i will go. well atleast for now.

just remeber for you guys starting, you need an electic oven, but after you use if for PC, you cant use if for food.

on my whole PC set up i have spent about $100.00, the oven was free, the booth was made from left over wood i had in my garage, i already had the 6 gal air compressor to run my gun. the oven i got for free off the side of the road. i have about $60 into my gun, and prob $40 into hoses, adaptors and a few other things. my best purchase so far is a self coil air hose.

Can't beat that Dave... Sounds like a decent setup. especially for the price ! I wish I had a local powder guy... Although the people I use do ship pretty quickly.

Here are some pics of the work that I did today.

Front hubs: Took forever, had to take them apart, 5 parts total and clean, then tape off and spray.

Then I re-did my right peg and rear brake lever.

I think they all came out great!
