do you have a dremel or bench grinder. even a drill will work. get a buffing wheel for one of those things and some polishing bars. they carry them in home depot and lowes and make that thing look like glass. you did a great job by hand though

i have a little 10 inch polished/buffer but i need a new pad for i i wana get one then im hit it with that make it shine up even more

thanks noob and scot im working on my throatle cover dohickey (thats right i said dohickey) half the paint was missing anyway so i figure it would look good shiny to all i got right now is 1500 grit sand paper and thats not working to well gana get some like 300 600 and 800 today then gana wet sand it with 1500 then some 2500 then hit it with the polish think its gana look pretty sick

looks pretty. yesterday i stripped most of my quad down and used wadding polish and polished my wheels, engine covers, exhaust, tank, front shocks, grab bar, and my seat. i was bored and had a couple hours to kill and found wadding polish laying around so i started polishing my wheels and next thing you know i have most of the quad apart.
