paul turner pipe and silencer do i really need their clamp?

anyone with a paul turner high rev pipe and fatboy2 silencer? do they slide right togather or do i need one of their $35 clamps?

you could always use some steel plumbing pipe (schedule 80) get a short piece from home cheapo and slide it over both ends and use a piece of heater hose or similar to join the two

Mine doesnt fit right.. thinkin about buying another silencer instead of the fatboy2..
1 plus.., the sound is friggin great!

what do you think of the pipe? im a little dissapointed. doesnt have much of a gain over my fmf fatty or pro circuit pipe.

I have the paul turner and the fat boy.. They slide right together.. I have the little stock yamaha clamp on them.. I have an 04 model though.. and one of the screws for the silencer mount does not match up at ALL..

but yeah, the sound is something to aspire to.. Sounds a it like a KTM SX250 my friend has!
