Dropping one size doesn't make sense cause I am mixing 32:1 n have the lid off so I'm running a 250deal main. But u guys know better then I do so I'm going to do a chop with the correct plug n if I get same result then ill drop it one.

looks slightly dark, i'd say run it,
how does it feel at wide open throttle ?

Blaster,
Yeah that's what I was thinking, now all I have to do is get a good oil that will protect me.
Awk
it feels great wot put it seems to sputter if I'm going slow up to 1/4 throttle. Do u think that is due to the dual stage reeds?

Is the idle correctly adjusted?

Idle adjusting.

Start with air screw 1.5 turns out.

Set idle screw so that it has some sort of idle.

Warm up motor and then set idle screw for a fast idle.

Adjust air screw either way to get the fastest idle.

Adjust air screw a little at a time leaving 10 secs to allow the motor to respond.

Re adjust idle screw for desired idle .

Castor bean oil is one of the best oils for ultimate protection.

Sweet, the idle is better now but I didn't take enough of the Carb when I installed the idle screw so I have to fix that. I did just installed the reed spacer that I bought and was wondering how long I had to wait for the copper etc to dry before I can leak test it?

Let it cure over night, did a leak test n no leaks, warmed it up n set the idle n it runs better then ever. I was surprised though to find that the reed spacer did give it more get up and go but not much more torque. The +2 timing gave it alot more torque in the low end so I'm going to have to advance the timing again
