im gunna do an crankcase oil change. what kind of oil should i use and how much

i'm running motul and its pretty damn good, it will say the amout to use on the crankcase

I just did an oil change..and I used BellRay Gear Saver 80w, I used about 2\3'rds of the bottle..

yeah u did 110 octane, i agree both are good trans oils

SAE 10W-30 motor oil.
650 milliliters or 0.69 U.S. qt. You will need a little more if you took your motor apart.
