Oil Comming out of top of motor

I finally got my blaster running but now when it is running oil is leaking out of the little valve on top of the motor? Anyone got any suggestions or know whats wrong?

Little valve? Are you talking about the vent line for the transmission? If so, you may have simply overfilled it with oil. Look at the little sight glass on the bottom of the case cover. Oil should be visible 2/3 of the way up the sight glass. If the glass is swamped in oil, drain some off until the level is correct and it shouldn't leak any more.

is it venting out the little hose? you may have just over filled your oil a bit

in worst cases it could be a bad crank seal which is cheap but time consuming
