how would it sound if i just took my silencer off and ran just the pipe? i just wanted to take it off and see how it sounds would it be ok?

way too loud. you'll be having hearing issues in your right ear in the first 10 minutes riding it . you also loose power without the silencer.
I've heard one on you tube , It sounded loud and very Crappy , Loosing power for sound Is Ricer If you ask Me ! , Take your silencer and Pack it with #0000 Steel Wool ! , I did with my Dmc alien and It sounds great to me !
I question the idea that power is lost when the silencer is removed.
I found that in removing the stock silencer there seemed to be a slight increase in power, or was the noise fooling me into thinking that.
Removing an after market straight through silencer should have no affect on power output.

my core and packing fell out of my silencer on the blaster, left it out, it's fell off numerous times..... not as loud as my 400 idleing

lol, yea i changed my mind about getting my self a 400, im getting a yz 250 now or maybe a 250f i havent decided yet
