Got a 2002 blaster with decked out parts and it runs like a scalded ass ape, but it wont idle for sh*t.rebuild carb and everything.

the only guess i could make with such little info would be too small of a pilot jet. or airscrew adjustment 1 1/2 turns out on the idle airscrew. if it is a stock carb. that is also assuming you replaced the pilot jet when you rebuilt the carb. maybe float level too.
LOL. Jaffa has a point tho. What is the state of your TORS? If it hasn't been removed then it could be causing this prob. Quickie check for this> unplug the blk/wht wire from the TORS control box, which is right above your cdi, under the hood.
okay, what about the wire from the tors under the seat thts unplugged, no difference than before
But did you unplug the throttle switch wire? If you have one unplugged but not the other, it will kill the ignition when they aren't doing the same thing. And that's kinda hard to do if only one is unplugged.
