Well i might be switching brakes and i would really like to use these brake but it has been a headache sinc i bought the bike i have been rideing with no braks for 2 years almost fella's help a guy out i rolled it and i decided i need brakes lol.

Well i bought the blaster brakes stuck took it back guy said he fixed it etc he is a very popular certified mechanic. A while later they stuck again and i stopped using them. Well took it to another mechanic that put new pads on again since they wore off cause they stuck then 2 days later they stuck and havent used them since.

When i hit the pedal it moves very easily and i can see the pads move just enough to just kiss the rotor. I think i is so close becuase from being stuck they wore. Well They plunger thing looks like the piston is coming out could they not be bled is why they wont work? Could they just need cleaned is thay why they stick or??

or also just to throw bleeding out how do it do it? also the fluid level is right. lol

here us a old thread about it and pics plus a vid of them can get more.

Sig says he has rear hydros. But what kind? Take them apart and make sure there is no rust on the pins and bushings. Use caliper grease where necessary. Do you have a return spring on pedal? Is caliper running true to rotor? Is rotor warped?

It sounds like a master cylinder rebuild is in order. The master cylinder handles the jobs of pumping the pressure to the caliper AND metering the correct amount of fluid to do the job correctly. If you master cylinder has a collapsed cup (or someone ran improper fluid and swelled then cups up) they need replacing...

Post a pic of your MC, maybe someone can ID it. Or maybe cruise E-gay might be able to match it up. Can't think there's that many different ones.

there does seem to be a pattern for masters, i bought a box of 15 once to use for my systems, and there were 3 different kinds.................

banshee/blaster style
gsxr style
and a few brembo's

post a pic, i can prolly identify it ?????
