neon lights !!!!! lol

thi smay seem kinda funny, atleast i thought so at first but i was out riding the other night and i saw a newer 450 with blue neon light in under the frame, i thought it looked kinda sweet and am actualy thinking about doing it also.
i know that with cars ya use stuff liek cold cathode tubing, led lights..etc
my question is...with a blaster that doesnt have a battery, does the lighting just splice right into the headlight harness or what ?will a few tubes hooked into the headlight draw too much juice and burn something out? how do people hook these things up on a bike like a blaster, what type of lighting does it take? whats involved ? have any of you done this yet?
everyones opinions welcome

I would use leds and a voltage regulator (or maybe a battery pack) neons would break way to easy for trail riding

i actually have blue neons on my bike, just not wired in, but yes they connect to ur headlights and a ground, very simple!

ya it'd look neat but i know they'd git tore up or sumpin like that on one of my rides

theres a kit on ebay called sik lites theyre leds so they shouldnt draw much power dont know about it working without a battery though
