Western NY
Vito's +3mm stroker crank
Vito's Big Bore Kit +.20 over
Bosen Reeds
34mm flat slide carb
Uni direct bolt on filter
FMF pipe and silencer
And an adjustable stator

I run Castor 927 race oil pre-mixed with 91 octane pump gas

There has to be a starting point for the jetting. I live in NY where it is flat as can be. And elevation jetting is not a topic ever.

What i read is I should be advancing my timing 3 deg. to 5 deg. and then where should i start with my needle and jetting. A 330 was too lean before the carb, stator, filter, and +20 head were put on.

PLEASE HELP

id start with the needle being 2nd from top and a 360 main. my banshee with a 38mm flat slide single carb set up is running a 500 main an 3nd from the top an i live in iowa.. i know its not the same but thats around where id start.

Welcome to the forum! i think first you should try posting this type of question in the right place to get the best response. theres an Engine thread with a carburetor area just for these types of questions.

This is one you are defitnatly going to have to plug chop to find the right jetting.

I should like to see the fuel octane rating increases a little to compliment your proposed mods.

I would be looking at a #360 or bigger, with the needle on the second from bottom clip.

But again, only a plug chop or a few are going to help you get it right.
