Does Toomey offer any recommendations for baseline jetting specs? If so, it will likely be safely rich with room to tune in. 3500-4000 won't require major changes, but some fine tuning.
Is your bike stock other than the exhaust??
I can't just throw numbers at you that will be spot-on. Basically what you need to do is fatten up the main at least 3 sizes from where it is now and fatten up the pilot 1-2 sizes from where it is now and proceed with dialing it in one step at a time. Don't make changes to more than one fuel circuit at a time. Start with the main circuit, then move to slide needle adjustment and then finally pilot/idle air screw.
