need baseline jetting for new motor

Hey all, new here. need some jetting suggestions for a motor I'm putting together. Have 4 mil stroker with vitos 240 head and jug(drag port), la sleeve, wossner 72mm piston, vf4 reeds, upp racing manifold, 35mm keihin airstriker with cfm airbox with sickspeed velocity stack and uni filter.

Also a dynoport exhaust. any help would be appreciated

Pilot should be around 50 or 52. I would put a 165 in and plug chop it. Also use a cel or dgh needle. I would guess you should end up in the 158-160 range on the main.

Hard to tell without knowing elevation.

Thanks hoss, needed a baseline so i could give them my jetting request. how does yours peform? I'm trying to, keep up with a kx250 and yfz450 stroker

Well define keeping up I had a kx 250 and it's hard to compare the two. I will tell that it has a LOT more power and is a LOT more fun to ride.
