I got the one blaster about a month ago but my friend wanted it so i sold it to him. He has a utility so i had to help him out.
it needs a little work but shouldnt take to long. Fix the block off and new clutches then i think itll be ready to go.

I just got this one last night it needs a crank and a carb, and a couple other small things.

Looks good. Looks like someone has touched the engine and did a little cleaning up. No, that polishing is not a bad thing. What else is done to engine, If that's all then your alright. You should'nt have to spend to much and it should be a good quad.

actually, the intake side shouldnt be polished, fuel will stick to the polish side rather then jsut pass through it(this wont do any harm tho) that part is better left rough...Now the exhaust intake is the one you polish...But like i said, it wont do any harm

The intake hasnt fully been polished but i think they was planin on it. looks like they went over it with some heavy grit sandpaper u can see some deep scratches, the exhaust port has been polished and the transfer ports have been smoothed down. all it needs is to be bored out for the new piston. 3 heads and 2 cylinders came with it and i got extra shocks, a-arms and axle, all new gaskets, engine bolt kit, and suppose to be getting some bead lock rims too.

He called it polished but that's not polished if you look at it. I used the same term as him to make it simple. What is done there is just fine and will help performance. Look at the bridge, it's tapered a little and some cleaning up has been done.

your cylinder wall needs honed for sure, maybe bored
and it is called porting. they didn't do the best of jobs though.

So i just noticed the back wheels are only 3 lug wtf is up with that. why would u change out the stock hubs for ones that only have 3 studs. i think ive got the stock ones tho so no biggy. also ive been looking around and noticed alot of u use a bigger carb. since ive got to get a carb anyways should i step it up a little and get a 30mm? would it even be worth doing.
