lots of work to do, the wheel on the 4 wheel on up front are just there so we an roll it around, and th e whole front of the 4 wheel one is gonna be cut off anyway, the 3 wheel one needs a lil welding and brake work, it has a torque converter and all tho!

that is sweet man. i got a go cart rotting in my garage it used to have the nascar plastic piece over it .slow as hell but i wanna see how that three wheeled one turns out.

yah, the 3 wheeler is gonna be the first goin, its gettin a lt125 motor so i can have it goin in the winter ( snow!!!!!!) i need to do a lil welding and the tires need tubed, they ahve good trad, just a lil dry rotted, gonna prolly put like a kawi 440 snowmobile engine on the 3 wheeler when i get the money, haha, lots of mods and pics to come

i need a clamp on filter, a pulley that will pull a belt to the torque converter that is on the kart, and i need a few other things, and then it'll eb good :)

update on the 3 wheel one, it needs tubes in the tires :( need 2 new band brake peices, cables and levers, need throttle. and i was chackin it out, it has a torque converter, i just need the pullet for the engine, and a belt. also, one of the flat tires wouldn't spin cause it was pressed in, so i just dragged it and when i did the other tire still spun, i looked, and it has a differential axle!!!!! now i know why it has 2 separate brakes!

Ah a piston ported 2stroke. Sweet.

They had reeds back then.... if fact they had power valves too, but the r&d wasn't there, most builders weren't sold on reeds yet being the only real gains were off idle and about 1500 rpm. The large benefit was the reeds stopped the charge of fuel and air from going back through the carb choking it up ( say lugging through the woods ). It wasn't until durations got higher and expansion chambers improved that reeds really started being used.

the dude who had it before said that his wie bought a kart for their son that had that engine, he said he ran it up the road and nearly shat himself, he took it off and put a smaller engine on and its bene sitting since, i have to figure out where the oil goes in for the bottom end tho, idk where the plug is!
