motorized bike

anyone have any great idea's on how i should mount and use a motor on a bike.. the Gf wants to start ridding bike's but i dont see myself peddling the whole way.. so i want to mount a motor.. i have a 6hp briggs but i think thats to big. thinking about putting a weedeater motor.. or chainsaw motor on it.. either way if anyone has done it or has some good input that would help.

instead of buying a motorized bike why dont you just buy like a 80cc dirtbike then atleast itll hold some value and 80cc dirtbikes have more demand then a motor slaped on a bike

well i cant ride a dirtbike where we intend on ridding "bicycle's"
i got the bike for free as well as the weedeater so here's what i got so far..
i still have the throttle cable to do tomorrow.. no welds at all just bolts, drill and some scrap metal around here..

yea im going to put a bunch of tak welds on that to help with slippage..

He just starts pedaling, dumps the clutch to start the motor and away he goes. It'll go pretty fast too. They always have straight pipes for an exhaust, I wonder what a properly tuned expansion chamber would do.
