my 04 broke the front engine mounts right where the bolt goes through.I have some mount tabs I cut off a Polaris trail boss they are a bit beefier.I was gonna grind off the old ones and have my step dad weld these in instead.Any ideas?

I would weld a thick stainless washer etc in there. Cope it out and make it fit perfect then weld it in place. Once that's done fill the voids between the front mounts with weld and they will be alot beefier, won't break and retains the stock look. Post pics and keep us posted on what you decide to do.
I had to do the same thing to my Daughters Blaster. If I remember, I will take a pic this weekend and post it up.
