cost me 20 bucks for 3
guess i should mention i have the air box lid on but the snorkel off.just trying to keep the dust out

does it matter about the air screw being out 2 turns?
like i said i had it out 2 turns with the 290 and it bogs a lil plus it dont smoke like a chimney
maybe with the lid completly off it might run better.at 6 bucks a pop for one jet im kinda hesitant on buying more jets

oh jeebus just took the blaster out for its first after break in test run(ripp it) and at first it was a lil choppy but when the powerband kicked in i almost fell off the quad lol.i can say i wasnt expecting that power.
but back to the jets, the bike runs great but like i said its a lil choppy about 2/3 of the throttle,i couldnt do a plug run because there was too many friggin bumps on the road i was on.but i took the plug out after i got home and it looked redish maybe too lean.ill try monkeying with the needle tomorrow.

should i be running a bigger one?

your plug will NOT tell you anything if you have been riding through all the rpm circuits
only plug chop will give you a definate
i would try going up a size and seeing if you still have the same power.
if you put the biggest jet you have now(310) do the same test, if it still rips in the higher rpms you can go higher.

i have this very same setup on my sons bike, and woulda luv'd to help a few days ago, and possibly even saved you a few bucks on jets, but i was too busy in the closet, maybe your new hero lrd99 has your answers
