Hey guys I finally got my blaster running perfectly after countless carburetors, jetting etc.

I know everybody's bike is different and there's a lot of variables that go into it but I'm going to post my list of mods and stats about my bike and the elevation etc. so hopefully this can help somebody that has a similar situation!

BR8ES spark plug
14t front sprocket
40t rear sprocket (original)
Have new 38 tooth sprocket as spare
New chain
Ported exhaust and transfer ports
Tors delete kit w/ idle screw and cable
Boysen power reeds
Vito's reed valve gasket
Leak down test held at 6 PSI for over 30 minutes and did not leak a drop!
Compression tested at 145psi
Stock Mikuni 26mm carburetor
Vito's carburetor rebuild kit
Float height 21 mm
Middle clip on stock needle
310 main jet at 72° outside
Plug chop perfect!
35 pilot jet
at 72° outside
(315 elevation)
Air screw 2 and 1/8 turns out
Idle screw 3 turns out
42mm pod filter
Fmf fatty pipe
Fmf powercore 2 muffler
HPM Exhaust Coupler
Holeshot Tires (22" Front / 20" rear)

New brake pads and shoes

(Top Speed 66.54 mph with 205lb rider)
