Mandatory headlights?

Someone told me headlights and brake lights are mandatory for riding on pay as you go tracks/trails....is this right or does it depend on the track?

I think it depends on the track i would call and ask them if they are mandetory or not

most of them you would probally only need headlights at night and it would just be wise to have brake lights for some trails

Alot of MX Tracks don't let you have a headlight. It's more weight and useless if you aren't riding in the dark anyways.

None of the places I ride require a head light.
