It is really good to see a young un getting their hands dirty and doing it for themselves.

It is apparent that you care about your bike, and are willing to take the trouble of learning how do fix it.

With your dedication, it wont be long before us oldies are asking for answers from you..

Great work, worth some green from Aussie.

Great job! You split the casesa fix the tranny and put it all back together yourself? WOW! At 15 that is awesome!

And if it wasnt for great people like you guys none of us "young uns" wouldnt have our hands dirty cause we wouldnt know what to do in the first place! Lol so green from the cajun state

Thank you everyone!:) If it wasn't for all you guys i wouldn't be able to have done this!:) And mechanics is what i love doing I fix all of our cars, trucks, quads, dirt bikes and stuff like that!:) this is just the farthest I've ever had to tear one apart. But Thank you all again! One of these days ill post some videos of the bike.

okay guys so my blaster i have noticed when revving it pretty high it vibrates extremely bad like makes your hands go numb. and i have no idea why this is happening but i am now scared to ride it because lots of bolts are coming loose because of this. so i searched the forums but am having trouble finding anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
-Joe

The blaster I used to have a long tie ago did the same thing. If its a old bike and has been used not everything will fit tight. Best thing to do is go through all the bolts and tighten them. Use lock tight on bolts that keep coming loose. And grease all your fittings.

Hmmm, did ya line the dots on the gears up so the balancer is correct? I'd do as stated also check all motor mount bolts check mounts for cracks(not that I needed to do this ever) then use some blue locktight on the nuts. give it an evening to dry. Oh hope ya did a leaktest on it after you put it together , If not ya may want to at least check it or you'll be replacing the top end soon.

all bolts are tight no cracks in mounts. and all fittings are greased i do remember lining up the dots but then i forgot something and had to take those gears off again and now im doubting myself if i remembered to do it again. and i dont know how to do a leakdown
