Hey, Im obviously new here. but heres the situation.

2006 yamaha blaster with oil injection deleate
-tomey (?) Pipes
-Weisco (?) Piston
-+4 Swing Arm
and various other upgrades that dont matter atm.

The previous owner, had it setup for racing (despite what he said in his ad.) its quite low, and goes thru gears like chocolate (first second third and forth, faster than it took to read the numbers.)

I want to go back to stock (or as close to as possable) with the sprockets. keeping the pipe, an piston ext, and once im back to stock on the sprockets and tire sizes, ill look into keeping or selling the +4.

My question is then you may ask?

What is stock sprockets on a blaster? and stock tire size?

Sprockets:
13 tooth front
40 tooth back

Tire size:
22 x 10 x 8
I believe.

If it is set up to race, it could have 18 inch backs which would make gears much quicker. I would suggest going with 20s. I am running the right now and seems to be a nice happy medium.

13/39 gearing and 21 inch tires are stock

14 front sprocket will make the gears longer,
smaller tires will make them gears shorter
but 20 inch tires are the most popular in tread patterns we like...
holeshots/razrs ect. ect.

yeah ive got smallll holeshots, there 10s and 11's

I dont know about the sprockets but im deff going to look into it. Its also spaced like 3" in the rear and 2.5 in the front with flipped rims.... I LOVE the swing arm and the width, but I also like to wheely and jump stuff. Any suggestions for a nubie?

umm u dont have 10 or 11 inch holeshots. mini quads dont even run those. u need to look at the first number. like 18-9.5-8 or 21-11-8

the first is tire diameter, second is tire width, 3rd is rim size they are made for
