just bought me a FMF fatty gold series pipe and need to know jetting questions

the fmf site said

Main Jet: 260
Pilot Jet: N/A
Needle: STOCK
Needle Position: 3RD
Power Jet: N/A
Air Screw: 1.5
Fuel Screw: N/A
Comments: Remove airbox lid snorkel
 
the airscrew needs to be turned all the way in (but gently) do not cram it in or u will break off the needle end of the screw, then back it out 1 1/2 turns, thats what 1.5 is
 
The colder the air the richer the jet needs to be. Cold air is denser therefore contains more usable oxygen meaning you need more fuel to go with it or you risk going lean. this time of year the problem will be the opposite as in going to rich so you may need a smaller jet
