Here's the new head we just built for Jordan Gibson. We installed beryllium copper seats and new bronze valve guides. The CRF 250's need a few major changes to make them competitive on a national level. The factory valve seats aren't compatible with the factory valves. The new seats will reduce valve and seat wear. The new titanium valves are 10 grams lighter than the stock exhaust valves. A Pro Circuit cam and valve springs will put the icing on the cake. Thanks to Ron Bushy from Pro Circuit for doing the carb mods. This head should be a ripper and give Jordan all the power he needs to kick some butt. Go get um Jordan!!!!!!!

A nice bit of work there but seeing that Gibson decided to bale on use now that he doesn't need Blaster help.F**k him and his new head.

Lol. Your nothing but a joke to me. You really think your going to upset me by calling me names? You can go for it. Just come up with some better insults for entertainment reasons. I'm sure the other members would enjoy reading some good one. Maybe something like calling me an old ass bold redneck sitting on my couch watching porn in my trailer park mansion waiting on my food stamps to arrive in the mail.

We can tell.:D. .

Not really a grease monkey. Nor all that good with remembering engine pieces. Small info, yes. But you should see the rate of speed at which information flies my way, in this house. You've talked to my husband and/or read his posts, right? LOL.

Keen observation right there. What would be nice if all could be enlightened as to what else was done to the head (porting)? Then a round about cost of parts and labor, so we might be educated and be thankful thst Blasters are so simple. I:I

Great advice. Porting these four strokes doesn't even come close to yielding the gains you can get from porting a two-stroke. The ports look pretty simple but they're super easy to screw up. Porting these heads entirely for flow is the wrong move and will actually cost you power. The stock valve train is very heavy. The titanium valves really wake these engines up. 20 grams just off two valves is huge. Lighter valves also allow for valve springs with less resistance. The end result is faster acceleration and a higher revving engine. This type of work is pretty expensive. You can Google search what some shops are charging. You can buy a nice used Blaster for what this head is worth.
