jetting and reed cage gasket??

mods are as follows timeing advance, fmf sst pipe, ported, boyesen reeds, uni filter, open air box- no lid, 30mill mikuni flat slide tm seires carb jetting is pilot 37.5 and main is a 265. Now the prob that i am haveing with the bike is that i have noticed to day when i was working on the bike that the reed cage gasket were wet with gas. at first i didnt notice them i ran my bike for a few mins ran fine the whole time it was running. i then tryed to start the bike agian and it was a pain to start. so my main question is does my jetting sound like its to fat?? and why would the gaskets get soaked with gas??

never heard of that problem before maybe bad gasket
I dont think your jetted to rich but im not sure when it comes to mikunis.

thanks man i know its got me stumped with it too this is its secound set of reed cage gaskets. it like its sealed its not leaking air, u can just see on the out side where gas is seeping threw the gaskets

no pipe? i'd guess rich as well, do a plug chop and check it out
