Will the axle and carrier from a 99 work on an 04, specifically will the sprocket line up and will my caliper bolt to the carrier, Bearings disintegrated in the 04 basically welding everything together, No amount of heat and sledge hammering will get it apart, but I found the entire setup from a 99, If it will work?

Yeah it will swap right in the 04 has rear hydro brakes so you need the master cylinder and pedal and reservoir etc.

I have an 04 so allready have all the hydraulics there, I was trying to figure out if my caliper will bolt on to the carrier from the 99

I think the only thing that you will need to have from th 04 is the brake rotor hub. the one on the pre03 blasters use a floating rotor and the 03+ use a fixed rotor. besides that it is a direct swap

for those that are interested, You CAN NOT bolt the caliper from an 04 blaster to a carrier from pre 03.
