I have seen wheel spacers that look like they are just stud extenders...Are these safe? I don't need 5 inches(not on the blaster at least) I was looking more for 3 Do they make plates? Or just break down and get the axle?

dont use the stud type, especially in the rear. its ok for the front, unless your doing major jumping. use the "disk" type. they look like donuts and they are alot stronger. you can go like +5 with them in the rear

So they look like the rim spacers for cars? I do nothing but trails and you never know what you can find to launch off of...

First of all let me thank every one for their input...Secondly I think I will go with the axle...You're right expensive but I figure if I spend all of my money I am doing the rest of my family a favor...When was the last time you saw someone argue over bills they WANT to pay...Now how often do people fight over inheritance money and how much they are getting? I am a nice guy like that...lol

get a banshee axle you can get them cheap and its extends like 2 inches i think. Ive seen them go for like 30 bux on ebay.

get spacers or an axle on the back and get a arms or a widening kit for the front if u trail ride cuz with spacers the brake caliper isnt protected and you hit it on stuff in the trails

I agree with ridinfast,,, everyone says banshee axles fit and they all dont fit.. I tried one from my friends and the stop for the bearing is different. You would need a carrier too.. They dont just fit, and I think people should try it before they can say it does.

i use stud extensions on mine and i know of a few other ppl in this forum that uses em also and i havent heard of any of us having a problem yet, i ride pretty freaking hard and nothing has come loose, twisted or broke yet....knock on wood !!! BTW..not all year shee axles will work and the ones that do will only give you two inches, not really worth it , im my opinion, if y areally dont trust spacers than shell out some doe for a dura blue...

yup, i know of atleast 5 of us that use em in this forum...none of us have ever had a problem yet.. I do know d jackson had the 5 inch ones( 2 1/2 per side) on the front of his and took em off cause he said it felt really squirly, I put 4 inch (2" per side) on the front of mine and it feels just fine. in fact i cant even tell they are on there .its much more stable now, and it looks very sweet also. the reason i put the 4 inch instead of 5 on the front is because the 5 inch caused the wheel to rub on my dg nerfs when the tires were turned. the 4 inch cleared the nerf bars...anyways..goodluck to ya.
