Ok so the reason for this thread is that after today I realized something
On friday I had my first date with my girl friend, I put on my cross before I left the house and the night went perfect, everything was just right not one bad thing happened
The past 2 days I haven't worn my cross and today my girlfriend broke up with me for reasons that she might be moving and something with her exs, so it just seems like to big of a coincidence.
Also on friday before leaving the house I got into a huge fight with my mom, this was before I put my cross on, then after I put my cross on everything went great for the rest of the day.
So after all that I really do believe that god is out there and he helps those who believe.
If you have a cross wear it good things can happen
Anybody with similar stories feel free to post them
 
my cousion was working somewhere and a lift broke and a telephone pole feel and hit him in the head he stood up after that dont ask me how. the amablance got there and they gave him something and he went right to sleep he was in a coma for like a month they removed part of his skull he was showing no brain activity at all they were talking about pulling the plug if he didnt show any improvement in the next 3 days they dont let people in the room unless there family something to do with his brain so this amish guy shows up the next day doesnt ask where his room is or anything like that nurse ask if she can help him doesnt say anything he just heads staright for his room nurse tells him he cant go in there he doesnt say anything gets in his room looks at his parents and says god sent me to put this on coreys head for 7 days puts a cross on his head and leaves they leave it thee he goes back every day and changes it 2 days later his head started draing and he started showing brain activity 7 days later he says no and moves his arm hes in recovery now weather he has any series brain damage they dont know yet

i def believe in god...especially after the trouble me and wife had w/ the births of our children...we almost lost them both...and there fine now...and i have a cross to wear just dont have a chain for it right now. but i do hang a Rosary from the rear view of all my vehicles, and so does my whole family. Cross or not tho...if you believe good things happen!!!!!!!!!!!!

thats an amazing story freakin awesome... but man you have got to use some periods commas and a bit of sentence structure. im not the best at english but that made my head hurt. im glad your cousin is doing good how long ago did this happen?
 
can i say one thing, if you are going to talk about God, please spell it correct. it is God, not god. God is a proper noun because he is the one and only, so always capitalize God when spelling his name.

but i believe God has been there for me more than once but other times you question him.
like while riding once, i flipped my quad climbing a hill, i rolled down the hill and hit a stomp, the quad then follows me down and crushes me. all the happened to me was i had a bruise on my back (didn't have a chest protector). the quad bent the frame, bent the stem, handlebars. i was able to continue riding that day but not that quad.
but then like both my parents got cancer (mom just got it, dad had it about 4 years ago). but both of them found out about it very early and my dad no longer has it, mom should also get able to overcome it with no problem.

sorry about that sometime when i get typeing i dont think. not to long ago havent heard any word about him lately but id rather have him not all there instead of not there at all. when i get an update on whats going on il be sure to inforum you guys.
 
i am personally not a man of faith, but i am educated in christianity. i dont debate the topic, i am more of a you get out of life what you put into it, or karma you could say i guess. those a sure great stories guys, they clearly have something going for them

agreed not so much on the faith myself ,but I would never take that away from anyone else wish I could have that for myself

I believe in karma to. I myself do believe in God but very rarely pray I only tend to pray when its something I really want, which I know is selfish but thats how I am. I do just randomly out of nowhere sometimes just speak to nothing hoping God is listening to me somehow.
I got a few stories about Karma but I'll save those for another thread
 
my great grandma told me that one time when her mom and dad were reading the bible and her mom couldn't make out one of the words or something and she ansked her husband ( my grandmas dad) for him to come look at it. and he said when he was done smoking his cigarette he would look at it. and that night she said he heard God. and he said you put your cigarette before me. he didn't smoke one more cigarette after that.

Made a gold cross in Silersmithing class in high school. Finally put a chain on it about 15 yrs ago and have worn it ever since. May or may not help but I rarely take it off. Life's been pretty good to me for some reason!!
 
told you gys id give you an update.
so heres one hes awake he has short term memory loss so he might say hi how you doing but then a couple mins later he might forget your there or who you are.
hes walking talking and everything just fine im gana see him on sunday under bad circumstances. his pap died so the funerals sunday and then after that hes going to flordia so probley wont see him for awhile
