I am planning on getting a Gold Series off of eBay or Craigslist probably used if I can in good condition of course what should I get my card to or I was considering buying a bigger car not sure what I should do I have a bone stuck blaster I've heard that I should start with exhaust but I know if you change the exhaust you have to rejet what should I do

buy a pipe and rejet your stock carb to match it.
larger carbs are best suited to major engine work, not just pipe/filters.

for FMF's, buy 270 thru 310 main jets and a 6 pack of B8ES plugs, start large and plug chop down.
stock 32.5 pilot and needle on middle clip position.

Rule of thumb is any time you change how air goes in or out of an engine you have to rejet or at least check it. Bigger carb would probably be the last thing on the list. Have seen 240s with stock carb.
Don't get wrapped up in peak power. Driveability is more important, especially with smaller displacement machines.
