Ok i just installed Idle screw for the tors removal, put on new cap. Now it won't idle. Like i kick it, it revs normal, but when i let the throttle off, it dies?

I bet you don't have the idle screw that you just installed in far enough. It has to be screwed in almost all the way to make enough contact with the throttle slide to hold it open at idle.

BTW, which side of the carburetor did you put the screw into? It has to go on the side with the fuel inlet; otherwise it won't work.

ok thats why, like the screw is a lil messed up? lol and i put the screw on the side of where the choke is. and when i say the screw is messed up i mean it!

you put it on the correct side, but .....................
what screw is it ????
i had a vito's < sucked, took it to my dealers and they matched it up with a suzuki, i think, had a big thumb turn head on it, and a spring to keep it in place
way better than vito's garbage

I bet it's a Vito's. They work but, I agree, suck. For the OP, if you can't get the screw to turn in far enough, grind the flange down a little more on the side of the carburetor so that it doesn't bottom out.
