Its very easy to do. Just take your time. If you rush then there not going to look good. IF you do cut them make you measure, mark, and make sure they look symmetrical on both sides. And don't mess up because then your going to have to buy new fenders!

I have a question about shaving the fenders. I recently just shaved mine using a jigsaw and I want to clean up the cuts. Any suggestions on how to round the edges and sharp points?

i used a dremel and a sanding block to get straight lines..

yea you can use sand paper, but i heard of some people using a lighter or torch

^^^^What he said. A heat gun can come in handy if any stress marks develop.

a grinder with a cutting wheel also works great just did mine a couple days ago

i did mine while im off from racing because i broke my wrist last race. we just used painters tape and outlined ware we want to cut and used a jigsaw to cut it. it only took 10 miniutes to cut it, its a good little mod to do while your off from racing or just while your bored and cant affored the expencive maier plastics lol

How many of you think that this would look good? Im thinking do this cut and cut the same way down the back side of the fenders to get like a YFZ or Rappy look.
