How to paint the plastic?

I got the stuff from my buddy who owns his own body shop.I have about $250 in the materials for both of them and I have alot of clear and flex agent left. And enough color for touch up if I need it.

when i painted mine it looked good for about 5 or 6 hours until it got hit by a car while i was riding down the road and it scrached alot of the paint off

Heavy mud and the backs of the riding boots rubbing on the rear fenders, we lost some paint but overall its held up well.I also mounted the stock fenders to the raptor heel guards, and that didnt help that situation.Got some scrathrs in the clear but we ride these things and thats gonna happen. We have a new raptor 350 and that plastic took a beating too.The black one took a tumble down a steep hill too,and held up. So Id do it again. Its easy to touch up,just a little time consuming. Now that I can see were the bad spots are,Im gonna put some 3M clear chip guard film over them areas after we do a touch up.

Heres two I painted per the instructions I posted above.

Shiney! I might give it a try with those instructions, but then again it will probably end up with me spray bombing it!

I was never into painting the plastics but these look great! how does is come out if theres some boot scuff marks on the bike? and is there a step by step, if so where? thanks

Sup Guys... I used Rust-oluem paint for plastics.. Work still in process here are some pics. 2 Coats of Primer, 2 Coats of paint and 2 coats of clear coat. I didn't bother to sand the plastics before or after priming so there are still a bit of imporfections on the plastics (regular rinding nicks) but still looks good.
