as the title says, im bringing it to a friends house tomorrow or saturday and he has recently started up a tyre service! so do i just remove the bolts that hold it on and then change the tyre as usuall?

yep, just undo the bolts, remove the ring and pop the bead off the backside. Then put the new tire on, pinch the bead between the rim and the ring and tighten the bolts. Then add air to seat the bead on the inside
so i let the air out of the tyre loosend all the nuts on the beadlock and it wouldn't pop loose do i need to use the machine that mechanics use to change them?
You need to remove all the bolts for the ring and pop the inside bead off. For the inside bead you need a bead breaker just like on a normal rim
