How can I beat a CR250R?

with the topend kennedy built me and my setup my kid beat lots of yfz and trx and laborday weekend i cant wait to get the 240 topend on it an see what happens

Let's get back to the original question. If you like the way your Blasters handles then you got to keep the blaster and not get another quad. If you don't want to spend $2000 on mods then you got to swap the motor.

Find an old air cooled IT 400 motor on Craigslist for $200, fab some brackets, hook up the lights and go. The stock 1978 IT400 had 40 horse power and a nice wide power band. Should be more than enough to whip on that 250.

P.S Don't know how the DMC pipe is for the Blaster But I got em on my Shee and I'll dyno them against any other set of pipes for the widest powerband. I love these pipes.
