It looks like it's still got the plastic heel guards intact. If they are in pretty good shape, would you be interested in parting with them? I haven't been able to come up with any and I'd like to have a set to set if there is any practical way to made some for a more durable material.


Possibly , Have to Check there Condition and get back to you on it !

Holy shiiiiiiittttt!! Yeah, I dont think just a hone and new rings is gonna fix that one, bud. Still got a great deal tho. Nothing a little KOR magic can't fix! ;)
 
Cases are fine ! , The Crank seal on the stator side is bad , But other than that in great shape , Flywheel looks brand new on the outside , All the Screws And Bolts and Nuts holding the motor in and the case covers were all in Good Shape, Only one bad Bolt on the Whole thing , Top bumper Bolt , Someone Changed most of the fender bolts to Allen Bolts , So Most of it is All in good to Useable shape !
 
sweet! have you checked to see if the cases are broken between the crank area and balancer area? that is usually where they break through at
 
i use a harmonic balancer puller for a case splitter. works well. i did spend the money on the crank installer though
 
if you use a regular automotive harmonic balancer puller (about 15 bucks at your choice of auto parts house) and you'll be in business. just need long 8x1.25 bolts
 
works like a champ for me, just use a rubber mallet to give the trans side a couple light taps to get moving. i've done it a few times this way and it's worked great
 
Well We Will see how this build Goes then , I sent money off last Thursday for Razr Fronts but now i have the Kenda Klaw Mx Fronts , Sent money the same day for my Leak down tester from Slickerthanyou , Not Sure what I Should do bore wise to one of 4 Jugs that i have now , 3 are stock bore and one is .10-.30 over not sure , I need to buy a Digital Caliper gauge and allot more tools haha
