High compression help needed

Im thing of bumping up my compression .What is better?Get the head milled or use the Vito's high comp top gasket kit.I know if I do I need to use 93 gas.Is there any other things I need to know when I do this?My motor is stock.I have a DG muffler and pln on putting a FMF pipe on and some better reeds.Im thinking of V force or Vito's carbon reeds.What do you think is good reeds to use?Oh.Im going to do the + 4 timing advance to.I:I

vforce reeds and mill the head.

The Vitos thin gasket is a nice cheap mod but your not gonna get a real significate gain from it when you compare that to getting the head milled.
Hell try running no gasket at all and just use a real thin layer of 3 bond.

if you want to run pump gas you will want .035 milled off no bigger than that unless you want to buy race gas.
