Yes its sandblasted, but also has 2 coats of high temperature silver on. Give it a better look, and the heat cures the paint on I:I

I don't think they sell 2 stroke leak down testers. There's a link in my sig for one.

I was thinking about picking up the one from harbor freight, but just go with slickerthanyou, they come ready to go

You can even make your own, I did when I needed one in a pinch and Slick was out of parts. The toughest part is finding a good and inexpensive 0-15psi gauge. I can't divulge how I got mine, but it pays to have connections. Total cost for me was about $20, and that includes the hand pump.
