no I haven't checked the float yet. with no airfilter it runs on the 3rd notch. Lots of mud around here, need a filter cover of some kind. stock filter is past cleaning.

Do you still have TORS hooked up? Disconnect the blk/wht wire that goes from the upper left box to the lower left box, and insulate it. The rest of the blk/wht line goes to your kill switches.
You make it sound like a loose connection somewhere. The important wires are the orange (ign coil primary) and blk/red and wht/red from the stator.

Have you done the coil checks? Stator (source and pulse), ignition primary and secondary, good instructions starting on page 7-7 of the manual. Something might be weak. www.rydindirty.com/blastermanual.pdf
