Is $600 a steep price for a complete blasty engine thats not guaranteed to run? To me it is. I seen about 6 or 7 engines on eBay, brand new (left over part outs) going for like $400 and only like $35 to ship them. And the sellers guarantee they will run (if installed correctly).

Please, shed some of your opinions.

sounds wayyy to steep to me, i can get 2 blasters, both needing work for 700, so ya i think its too much

For $600 you can get a complete stock bike in running condition where I live.I'd say it is too steep.
