The thing is im 11 ! so a was wondering if use could help me set them up because im not that experienced! Or would i be saver bringin them to a person that knows there stuff and get them to do it ?

Rider weight usually determines what spring you need although some re-valving may be required. You may just want to go up to the next spring or set the spring you have stiffer.

yeah, what ken said, but i would throw them on and see if you like them the way they are, if your not doing any huge jumps they may never bottom out

they should also have a few adjustments on them to stiffen or soften the compression and rebound, u might be able to stiffen the settings up and have it work fine for ya

oh and you could always take a few of the stones out of your pocket, i mean holy pebbles and bam bam....11 stones ????
hahahahaaaa, i dont even know how much a stone is!!!, hahaaaaaa

btw, need any hard to find in ireland blasty parts, my moms comin to visit your area next month
