been lerking around here on the forum for a little while.. some great info here, and learning alot quick... just bought an all stock(minus maier race plastics), 2001 blaster for $450 it's in decent shape and motor seems strong but needs a few things the previous owner neglected.. needs new front brake cable, drum pads, rear brake cable, front clutch cable, and the dredful wheel bearings... i already purchased everything will be installing everything tomarrow..
i have found a few good how to's that i already started with.. cleaned the carb( because of it wouldn't idle, but didn't fix it
), eliminated the oil injection the ghetto way(temporarily) until my eliminator gets here, now mixing at 32:1, powder coated the front rims and flipped them...
hope to find some good deals in the market place in the near future.. (hint, hint.. need some pipes)
