I want to know what I can do to my head. I have many tools and machinery. I'm not looking for your secrets, just the basic stuff, milling, minor reshaping, etc... I have a 75.5mm BB kit with a stock crank & rod. I'm gonna play around and do some work on engine at home and was wondering about the head. Thanks for any help.

You could talk to Occonnor racing, Wildcard, Flotek or Kennedy. They are all resident techs on here and porters/machinests.

Oh I for got strokedtaters also.......

oops, I ment 72.5 mm kit in engine. Thanks for help I'll read that. From a short read it says if I deck 1mm you'll get to much compression so I then must double that number and raise the combustion chamber 2mm to keep the compression the same. Does this sound ok. I'm happy with my compression (when I had some, lol). I just want the engine to run better sense I got the top apart and if I can save a buck and do it myself I will. Thanks again.

I don't know the specifics, but I just got my head and cylinder back from Wildcard today. There is WAY more work in the head than I thought there would be. It is COMPLETELY different than when I sent it in. The whole shape of the combustion chamber is different. It's WAY more than just milled down. I think just milling it down to raise compression may be useful, but for what Brandon charges for this complete head re-do, I don't think I'd try it for myself. The downside is that it is nearly too pretty to put on and ride...
