I have just done a complete rebuild including a carb kit. This thing runs fine once its fired up but getting it to fire up after it sets for a few days is tough. In fact the only way I can get it fired up is with starting fluid. After it fires it seems to do fine. Top and mid range seem strong and no problems. Just want the darn thing to start easier when it sets. Idle screw is 1 1/2 turns out with a 270 main. Weisco piston bored 40 over FMF pipe uni foam and carbon reed not sure what brand. Any ideas what in the carb is the problem?
