graydon proline header and pipe

idk awk... that exhaust and silencer almost looks like an lrd or dynoport

nope on the pipe, it is an LRD silencer,
but i have an LRD adjustable pipe on my sons, have seen a non adjustable LRD on chevymuddmans, and a dynoport on 98blaster+4's bike
none of them even come close to this many cones

it has been suggested to me that it may be a custom...wait for it......
wait for it................matt shearer pipe, of all fukin people,

i have seen an lt250 and quadzilla pipe by him that had this many cones ?????
seems way to much quality to be from him ??? compared to his other blaster pipe ??? but that could have been kennedy's influence/flim flam scam

ouch... nuthin like a biotch slap from a giant douche

Awk I can properly confirm that for you and say that that is FOR 100% SURE a Graydon Proline pipe. It's the same exact thing as mine. It should have a badge right on it that says Graydon Proline. It may have been removed or something. And as for the quality, amazing pipes but I think it was like 1 in 10 had a spring tab that broke off. Easy fix for a man with a MIG. =]

I posted links to 2 other pipes that said they were graydon's and with awks that makes 3 and they are all differant WTF

nope, mine has way more cones than that, i'll count them for sure tomorrow, all the vertical welds are hidden in the inner curve, but heres what i can see in the pic.......................

Hmmmm!!! awk if you can get some better pics i can probably copy your pipe... All i have to do is get some beat up and cheep ct, power pros, or f7 pipe and run my tig welder around it to make it look like it has more seams.. Then i can sell it like its some custom hand built, individual cone, right bend pipe...lol joke :D

OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
thats exactly what my pipe looks like, i was told it is an f7, but no other f7 has as many individual cones as mine, and pitboss says it's not an f7, so i've been wondering what exact pipe i have ???????
heres a pic................

thats how my pipe is also, individual cones

Im looking at a pic of a CT racing and Graydon proline pipe, in the Blaster pipe shootout in a 3&4 Wheel Action from june 1996, AND they have alot of individual cone and welded seams, like awk's pipe...

i would say that sucks if it was a matt shearer pipe because i was around here for all the trouble and bashing. But(hope nobody rains down on me) i have seen a few of his hand built pipes on some fast banshees and they were really great pipes power wise and reliability wise. I trully believe the whole blaster pipe problem was an influence from kennedy i.e the root of all scum...

Now im looking at a pic of a Trinity racing pipe in the Trinity racing Catalog from 1997 and it has alot of individual cone and welded seams, like awk's pipe...Hmmmm... So my bro awk may have a CT, Trinity, or Graydon pipe... The newer CT and f7 pipes with less individual cone and welded seams are the same pipe, but did f7 sell any pipes with more individual cone and welded seams?? I dont remember hearing about any company or pipe named f7 in the 90's... and when did the pipe fabricators stop making these pipes with more individual cone and welded seams??

hey is the graydon proline header and pipe any good ive never heard of it but i found for good price is this a good pipe?

It's a good pipe!!! It got 3rd place in the 1996 pipe shootout with 19.6 hp at 7000 rpm on a stock blaster with a fatter main jet.. Trinity pipe got 1st with 20.3 hp at 7000rpm and LRD got 2nd with 19.7 hp at 6500rpm and drops of fast, and a blaster with a stock pipe got 17.2 hp at 7000rpm, and a stock blaster with a stock pipe and LRD jetting got 17.9 hp at 7250rpm...

good investigative skills bronco, have some greens
and that must have been the same pipe shoot out i read back in 1996, as that was the year i got my first brand new blaster
as i remember that pipe that won, with all the cones, was an unfinished, raw steel/welds pipe < you seein that bronco ???

and noobs may have to change up his sig too if these arent actually F7 pipes we have, but i still say F7 is easier to say and write, hahahaaa

lol im just gonna stick with F7 regardless I:I i just ran out and counted the pieces it looks like its about 14 or 15 pieces welded together, i always thought it was a early model or something lol :D

im pretty sure i read somewhere that the reason the older ones have that many cones is because they didnt have the right stuff to roll the cones like they do now so they had to put them together in more peices?? makes sense

maybe we can say "hand built F7" hahahaaaa

but then again, pitboss, project blaster's dad, said my pipe was not an F7, i PM'd him them same pics as above

There is no pic of the Trinity pipe in the June 96 pipe shootout because they were out of stock when Trinity got the call for the shootout, so the pipe was not there for the pics, but they got a pipe there just in time for the dyno run.. So i wounder how many pipes Trinity had custom made and tested before they sent one for the dyno...lol Also in the pipe shootout PART II, YES there is a part II and spent all day looking for it....lol In part II they talk about the Trinity pipe and say The multi-cone bare metal Trinity pipe looks trick.

And the pipe with the best relative lap times was the Pro-Tec pipe with 98.4 and the Trinity & Graydon pipes came in 2nd with 98.5... Now the Trinity has 20.9 hp at 7000rpm and the Graydon has 19.6 hp at 7000rpm and the Pro-Tec pipe has only 17.8 hp at 6750rpm... That is less hp than rejetted stock pipe that has 17.9 hp at 7250rpm...WOW

I have some CT RACING stickers and im going to stick one on awk's silencer, and then he will have a CT pipe and silencer...lol

no the older ones had all the seperate cones because they actually took the time to figure out each exhaust pulse, and put the effort into building a pipe that utilized that,
instead of nowadays just stamping out some generic bullshit
