Alright ao i got my drivers permiit about 2 months. Well today driving along a countrt road just cruizing and some dumb a$$ thinks it would be funny to throw a da** hockey puck threw the window. After it hit and went through the window i whipped the teuck around and went and gor the kids parents and they gave me the 100 dollar deductable to get the window fixed. Lucky kid should be glad i didnt strangle him.

100 Bucks will cover a window around you? I would have thought the kid a lesson, then talked to the parents.

A buddy of mine just Got his car the way he wanted it, Dumped like 3 grand into his Mitsubishi Eclipse, And some ahole rear ended him going almost 60 at a red light. Now his car's totaled, and he didn't insure the parts he put into it. Sucks for him.

You get the family's Info for if 100 bucks doesn't cover it?

I Also seen The Walmart sign in the window , Hard to tell a Hockey puck went through it , Glad you found the kid and told the parents , Like stated above , Not sure if i could let that go for $100 , That just seems cheap , Also if that kid was over the age of 15 , i Would have tried to Press Charges for Criminal Destruction Of Private Property to Scare him and Have to Go To Court , Makes kids Scared when they have to deal with someone other than there Parents !!

Well the kid couldnt of been any more than 12 years old. And yes 100 bux will cover the deductable on the insurance. I was nice about the whole thing other than me doing a burnout leaving their drive way. And yes i went to a walmart after it happened to buy some plastic and duct tape to cover the hole. I told the kid he was lucky i didnt call the cops and get them involved but, i couldnt do that because i was out past curfew on my way home.

curfew...really? i didnt know that was real, i though that was just on T.V. haha

You did right bro a 12 year old at 11:30 at night?? I would called the cops if the size of the hole made all the glass fall out. BTW if you feel your rights were neglected then you have that right to call the police any time of day cause they work for you as a public defender of the law. You just got lawyered for free.
It's just so you know but thats how it is in ohio IDK about Indiana but I bet it's similar (shrug)

Im a total ahole i would have got the money and a hell of a lot more than a bill, called the cops to file a formal complaint, came back after my window was fixed with a couple of my buddys and ski masks, and beat that kids dad half to death in front of him on the front lawn!

As for your curfew i would have said hey im out past curfew do to this little jizz stain and his hockey puck i doubt you would have been hassled if you were legal on your vehicle.
