I honestly dont see it as greed. I see it as they dont have thousands of dollars to pay for their mistake. This is why people carry insurance.
Their insurance isnt covering it cause it happend on your property.

dude i feel ur pain, buddy of mine tried to sue me 5 yrs ago when he jumped in front of my car when i was haulin ass and grabbed the e brake and clipped him with my back end, ended up not getting anything but was trying, not true friends there bud. i got wreckless endangerment ticket and had to lawyer up, sh*t cost me a grip, but it worked out in the end, karma got him and he blew his motor up in his truck!!
